Justice 4 Children

Sabrina (1954)

Sabrina Fairchild (Audrey Hepburn) has lived her life wistfully adoring playboy David Larrabee (William Holden). Literally the chauffeur's daughter, she has been at once a part of his life and yet somehow outside of it. Her father, concerned about her growing infatuation, sends her to Paris to study with the best chefs. Upon her return, her new sophisticated look attracts the attention of both David and his hard-nosed older brother Linus (Humphrey Bogart). Sabrina must now navigate the world she has so long wished to be a part of to find her own happiness.

This comedy was written and directed by Billy Wilder, based on a play by Samuel Taylor. It won the Oscar for Best Costume Design and was nominated for best actress (Audrey Hepburn), best director, best writing, best cinematography and best writing (screenplay).
