Join Kelley, Savannah Yoga Center's Director, as we explore 2 hours of practice focused on our hips. We'll play with a variety of sequences designed to help release muscular tension & holding through the hips while creating space and greater range of motion. There will be some Yin yoga thrown in to the mix to bring creativity and diversity to your practice. Come and experience the physical and mental release of hip opening! All students welcome.
